Contract Administration

Contract administration includes providing advice and guidance to the client through the building process by assisting with selecting a competent builder, preparing contract documentation for signing, carrying out site checks and reporting on the builders progress, payments, time delays, construction quality, cost variations and other contract provisions during and after construction. This stage is optional, however is recommended for clients who are unavailable during the construction period, such as living or working interstate or overseas. It is also recommended for complex projects. Other services include graphic presentation, building reports and feasibility studies. Additional Consultants may also be required throughout the project depending on the complexity of the project. Consultants may include surveyor, consulting engineers (structural, civil, mechanical electrical), interior designer or colour consultants, landscape architect, or planning consultants.
