What

we do

ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES TYPICALLY COMPRISE SOME OR
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS IN SEQUENTIAL STAGES:

Sketch design

The sketch design stage establishes a site strategy and architectural concept by exploring different possibilities for space layouts and presenting the best option within the constraints of a design brief, site configuration, authorities planning requirements and budget.

DEVELOPED DESIGN

This stage involves refining initial concepts into a final design solution. This may mean having a more detailed look at construction methods, materials, and window configurations. These deliberations will help to prioritise aesthetic, budget and functional requirements and may again save considerable cost.

DETAILED DESIGN

Additional construction details can then be carried out to clarify the scope of works for the builder. This including kitchen, bathroom and en suite details, electrical layout, selection and scheduling fixtures & finishes, and construction details.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Contract administration includes providing advice and guidance to the client through the building process by assisting with selecting a competent builder, preparing contract documentation for signing, carrying out site checks and reporting on the builders progress, payments, time delays, construction quality, cost variations and other contract provisions during and after construction.

3d modelling

Interior designers specialize in choosing colour schemes, as well as selecting furnishings, fixtures and finishes. Finding what you want at a price that fits your budget isn’t always easy.
