Late 2007 I met with Paul regarding renovations to my unit in East Ballina. Building our home was an amazing experience. We were so fortunate we found Paul Gray to design our home. Paul was so easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed his affable approach to designing our dream home. We became a great team from the beginning which is crucial to having a stress free build. We engaged Paul on the recommendation of a friend who had previous happy dealings with him.

I recently engaged the services of PRG for a large local project where all I was armed with was a list of rooms, sizes, some existing furniture sizes, family, pets and lifestyle that needed to be catered for. 
The block of land was extremely challenging and I still can’t believe the design Paul came up with. The attention to detail of all the items on my list and so many I hadn’t thought about was amazing. 
The 3D imaging was extremely helpful when selecting tiles & finishes or when the builder called and asked questions during the build. 
The whole process from the first meeting to the project wrap up was seamless and this is probably due to the very personalised service that Paul provides. 
All aspects of planing and building are discussed and fees etc are transparent and easy to understand. it is up to the individual as to how many of the services available are utilised.

We would recommend consulting Paul Gray for architectural services. He has previously transformed our two side by side homes into one large, architecturally practical and perfect dream home. Paul is very easy to talk to about your ideas and provides very timely and professional concept plans and drawings. We did not hesitate to consult him again for the development of our new business premises. For this project, he renovated an untouched 1928 timber bungalow into a new and functional medical pr actice. Paul contract administered this project from design to completion. This was a job that required relocation on site, extension and interior design, landscaping and car parking. Paul has a thorough understanding of clinical workplace design and flow, and he has produced a beautiful workplace and clinical environment that is a pleasure to be in. The exterior renovations of the premises were not only aesthetically pleasing but complement the ambience of the street. We would highly recommend Paul for any residential or commercial project.
